First of all, we would like to say thank you for your continuous support of our thriving chapter. Nothing ever goes unnoticed and it is greatly appreciated.
If you are the parent of a student who is thinking about joining Sigma Alpha Epsilon, I encourage you to look around this website and contact any officer of this chapter with absolutely any questions you may have. This chapter prides itself in instilling the high ideals seen in a true gentleman, as described by our fraternal creed "The True Gentleman".
Thank you for your time,
The Gentleman of Colorado Chi
The SAE Mental Health Fund was established by the Colorado Chi Mothers Club as a response to the growing mental health challenges faced by college students. This fund provides one free session with a therapist for every member of the Chapter, along with workshops run by a therapist for new members, and access to professional speakers.
There is now at least one mental health chairperson that sits on the SAE Exec board. The fund has now partnered with the nonprofit, Patrick's Purpose - a nonprofit created to promote mental wellness in schools and create a student-driven culture of kindness through educational programs and initiatives.
Your tax-deductible donation can be made through www.patrickspurposefoundation.org.

Mission of the CU SAE Mothers Club
The CU SAE Mothers Club was founded with the mission of supporting the gentlemen of SAE Colorado Chi. The Mothers Club works alongside the members of Colorado Chi to emphasize and prioritize academic success, brotherhood, character, safety, scholarship, philanthropy and mental health.
What is it?
The CU SAE Mothers Club was started in 2017 because it was brought to our attention that the majority of the membership dues to SAE are used to pay for insurance at both the national and local levels. Therefore a minimal amount is available for normal fraternity activities. Specifically, the Mothers Club raises funds to further improve the boys’ fraternity experience by providing recognition and reward for academic success, meal support during finals, supporting brotherhood bonding events, sponsoring outside speakers covering relevant topics, increasing safety and security at the SAE house, and providing mental health resources to every member. We work closely with the SAE Executive Committee to identify areas where the Mothers Club can offer support, both financial and logistic, where goals are congruent to our mission statement.
Who is the Mothers Club?
You! We encourage all mothers and supporters of CU SAE men to participate in the Mothers Club.
